Regal Rexnord Corp in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to provide unified oversight for two manufacturing facilities within the Automation Solutions business. You will drive standardization, safety, quality, and cost objectives while coordinating with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality teams.

Responsibilities include deploying best practices, leading lean transformations, building leadership pipelines, and ensuring readiness for product launches and key growth

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including multi-site or matrixed responsibility.
• Proven track record implementing lean, TPM, standard work and continuous improvement systems.
• Strong analytical capability to evaluate capacity, cost structures and footprint scenarios.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams and locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross Site Operational Leadership across two manufacturing facilities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Identify, standardize, and implement operational best practices across both sites, including lean systems, maintenance strategies, and performance management routines.
• Lead evaluations of capacity, capability, and cost structures; support decisions on footprint optimization.
• Establish unified KPIs, reporting cadences, and review mechanisms for transparency and alignment.
• Champion lean transformation and CI programs to improve OEE and reduce waste.
• Mentor plant leadership teams and build a strong pipeline of operational talent across sites.
• Lead cross-site change initiatives with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure operational readiness for product launches, customer commitments, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to EHS and regulatory standards across facilities.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

The Senior Manager, Operations provides unified oversight and strategic direction for two manufacturing facilities within Regal Rexnord's Automation Solutions business. This role strengthens coordination across sites, drives standardization of operational excellence practices, and accelerates footprint optimization efforts to ensure the facilities operate as a cohesive, high performing network.

The leader will partner closely with Production Managers, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and PM teams to harmonize processes, elevate performance, and support the business unit's growth and efficiency objectives. This role is critical to enabling the Automation Solutions business to deliver on Regal Rexnord's broader strategy of product excellence, operational excellence, and commercial excellence.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Cross Site Operational Leadership - Provide unified leadership across two manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent execution of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Best Practice Deployment - Identify, standardize, and implement operational best practices across both sites, including lean systems, maintenance strategies, and performance management routines.
• Footprint Optimization - Lead evaluations of capacity, capability, and cost structures; support decisions on where and how work should be performed to optimize the manufacturing footprint.
• Operational Governance - Establish unified KPIs, reporting cadences, and review mechanisms to ensure transparency and alignment across facilities.
• Continuous Improvement Leadership - Champion lean transformation and structured CI programs that improve OEE, reduce waste, and strengthen process capability.
• Talent & Leadership Development - Mentor plant leadership teams; build a strong pipeline of operational talent across both sites.
• Change Management - Lead cross site change initiatives with clarity, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Customer & Commercial Support - Ensure operational readiness for product launches, customer commitments, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Risk, EHS & Compliance Oversight - Maintain consistent adherence to EHS, regulatory, and internal compliance standards across both facilities.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including multi site or matrixed responsibility.
• Demonstrated success implementing lean, TPM, standard work, and continuous improvement systems.
