Summary:

Our client is experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a Plant Manager to fill a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory. Qualifications:

• Strong technical background with precision machining and specifically milling (5-axis)
• Proven results in Lean and Continuous Improvement culture and driving results
• Strong leadership with engagement and accountability
• Experience managing a team of several managers and over 50 reports total
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Experience in high mix, low volume environment
• Aerospace experience is highly desired, but not required
