Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer to hire a Plant Manager. This role will lead all aspects of plant operations, driving safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and overall financial performance.

The Plant Manager will oversee manufacturing, planning, inventory, engineering, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and cost performance to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing operations and large production teams.
• Strong background managing plant financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and operational goals.

• Strong background managing plant financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, maintenance operations, inventory management, and safety programs.
• Proven success leading change, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement leadership experience.
