Job summary

CiresiMorek in Portland, Oregon invites a seasoned Plant Manager to own P&L and lead all site functions in a high-mix manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while executing daily production plans to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing leadership with current P&L ownership, hands-on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, 6S and TOC to improve throughput and reduce scrap.

Ideal Profile:

• Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leader with P&L accountability in a high-mix, process-driven manufacturing environment
• Understanding of casting, melting, and/or metallurgical processes
• Strong track record driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in demanding production settings
• Hands-on leader with success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and TOC to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and optimize flow
