Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the fabrication operation, including safety, quality, productivity, and scheduling of multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Support, coach, and develop production employees while building future supervisors and leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and on-time shipping coordination.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver project-based solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor, measure, and report success through KPIs and clearly defined operational goals.

Plant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
