Job summary

Novax Recruitment seeks an experienced Production / Plant Manager for a Pennsylvania structural steel fabrication facility. This senior role requires ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations and leadership across safety, quality and throughput.

You will guide supervisors, optimize labour and equipment, and drive KPI performance while continually improving fabrication processes and shop efficiency. Strong background in heavy fabrication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background within structural steel or heavy fabrication.
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Fabrication Manager
• Significant experience leading shop-floor teams and supervisors
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, production planning and workflow
• Proven focus on safety, quality and operational performance
• Experience improving productivity, efficiency and throughput

An established structural steel fabrication business is looking for an experiencedProduction / Plant Managerto take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations at one of its Pennsylvania facilities.
