Key Responsibilities

• Manage all work performed across assigned production areas and departments.


• Plan labor and workloads to support efficient execution of the production schedule.


• Work closely with Production Scheduling to understand requirements and identify operational gaps.


• Drive operational excellence through 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Ensure teams operate in line with fabrication plans while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.


• Coach and manage area leads and production teams, supporting performance and development.


• Support a strong safety culture by addressing unsafe behaviors and ensuring EHS policies and guidelines are followed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience within bridge fabrication, structural steel fabrication, or a comparable complex/heavy industrial manufacturing environment.


• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and their practical application.


• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.


• Familiarity with business and financial principles.


• Well-organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.


• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
