Ranew's Companies in Olathe, Kansas is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead all performance aspects of the facility and drive achievement of targets. You will supervise staff in a manufacturing environment, plan and assign work, implement policies, and push continuous improvements in production methods and working conditions.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Give input into employment decisions. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas.
• Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to management.
• Manage Manufacturing Orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work proactively to improve processes and prevent issues that may impact company performance.

Ranew's Companies is seeking an experienced and professional Plant Manager to join our team in Olathe, KS.The Plant Manager is responsible for all performance aspects of their facility and is accountable for achieving all performance targets. The Plant Manager is also responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing and/or industrial paint environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
