We are seeking a high-impact Plant Manager to lead the full turnaround of a critical, high-volume plastic injection molding facility. This site plays a key role in our broader manufacturing network but is currently underperforming and facing significant financial pressure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, results-driven leader with deep operational expertise and a proven track record of driving profitability in complex, fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full P&L ownership and strategic direction for the site
• Lead and inspire a team of 800+ employees across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and support functions
• Deliver a structured turnaround plan to stabilize operations, reduce cost, and return the plant to profitability
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
• Optimize labor, materials, and machine efficiency to reduce waste and increase throughput
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, finance, HR, and executive leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in plant or site leadership
• Demonstrated success in leading turnarounds or operational transformations
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies
• Track record of improving EBITDA and driving sustainable performance
• Decisive, data-driven leader with strong communication and change management skills
• Engineering or technical degree preferred; MBA a plus
