  • Salary: $166,830 - $208,538; plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Plant Director develops and executes annual manufacturing cost plans, focusing on labor, utilities, and supplies, as well as overseeing strategic and tactical plans to achieve plant goals.

  • You are responsible for conducting monthly meetings to communicate performance to all employees, facilitated by the director.

  • This role will oversee the development and implementation of the manufacturing plant’s strategic and tactical plans to achieve the plant’s overall goals and objectives.

  • Plant Directors review financial statements, performance data, etc., to analyze manufacturing variances and use the information to create/execute action plans within the manufacturing plant.

  • You will also develop and execute annual business plans for manufacturing cost center controllable costs, such as labor, utilities, supplies, maintenance, and repair.

  • Additionally, you will own recruiting, training, and developing department leaders as the Director and drive continuous improvement across departments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of operations, manufacturing, or production experience and 6+ years of people leadership experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree.
