This position requires strong operational leadership, strategic planning, and people-development skills, and offers the opportunity to directly impact manufacturing performance, employee engagement, and business growth.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including HR, Safety, Finance, Sales, and Maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while improving yields and output.
