Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production goals are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with company objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or Masters degree preferred.
  • MUST HAVE 10+ years experience in plant management or a similar role in manufacturing.
  • MUST HAVE Sheet Metal experience.
  • Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
