Come join us at Pure's Food Specialties. We are a fast-paced and growing manufacturer of snack food products. Our facilities use state-of-the-art equipment in the high-speed production of cookies, crackers, and other snack foods, working with a wide variety of clients.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Monitor all operations and processes to ensure standards are met.
2. Prepare operating reports and budgets to meet targets.
3. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
5. Oversee daily floor operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
6. Develop strategies to increase productivity and production efficiency.
7. Manage shipments, inventory, and storage operations.
8. Optimize employee productivity by eliminating unnecessary processes.
9. Resolve conflicts among departments and staff.
10. Track expenses and implement cost-reduction measures.
11. Analyze production metrics to identify improvement areas.
12. Ensure adequate staffing and training for the plant.
13. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferred bilingual Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a plant manager, supervisor, or related role.
• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for 80% of the workday.
