Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor all operations and processes to ensure standards are met.
- Prepare operating reports and budgets to meet targets.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily floor operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and production efficiency.
- Manage shipments, inventory, and storage operations.
- Optimize employee productivity by eliminating unnecessary processes.
- Resolve conflicts among departments and staff.
- Track expenses and implement cost-reduction measures.
- Analyze production metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure adequate staffing and training for the plant.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Preferred bilingual Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a plant manager, supervisor, or related role.
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for 80% of the workday.
