Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. in Laurens, SC is seeking a leader to direct plant operations, driving safety, quality and productivity while guiding cross-functional teams to improved performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and developing leaders, with oversight of planning, inventory, and maintenance. Direct Hire; Bachelor’s Degree/MBA preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, but open to equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing new programs.
• Extensive experience driving operational excellence through inventory management, supply chain coordination, safety, quality systems, facilities oversight, preventive maintenance, KPI management, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

• Coach and develop leaders and staff to strengthen organizational capabilities.
