What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.
Managing and analyzing costs compared to budget to ensure a profitable location.
What Are We Looking For
Previous experience in the aggregate industry at a supervisory or higher level.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to manage production processes and schedules.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
