You will be aligned with our long-standing client in the CONSULTANT (Plant Connectivity) . The candidate should be aware of the latest trends in this industry as are applicable from a domain and technological perspective .

Location : Cincinnati Cleveland Detroit Nashville Atlanta (WFH / Remote)

Job Description :

• 10 years in Manufacturing IT specializing in MES IIoT and ERP solutions.
• Expertise in MES architecture Master Data Management MBOM Routing Work Instructions Equipment and Materials.
• Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing digitization projects and integration with SCADA MES and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Plant Connectivity solutions like OPC-UA SCADA Kepware and Ignition (Ignition-trained or Gold-certified preferred).
• Experience acting as a Solution Architect gathering client requirements for MES ERP and SCADA.
• Proven track record of global delivery with experience managing both onsite and offshore teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling escalations and reporting to management.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and design solutions for complex problems.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and design MES IIoT and ERP solutions for manufacturing clients.
• Drive revenue growth through direct consulting and support pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with teams in a multi-stakeholder environment to deliver on technology solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from solution architecture to implementation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10 years of experience in consulting or manufacturing firms with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing solutions.
