LeoForce is seeking a permanent Plant Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead all plant operations with a focus on Lean and Six Sigma.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a leadership plant operations role, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and experience in budgeting, P&L, and SAP. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to drive performance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a plant management role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
  • Proven experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a plant environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Responsible for the plant's Profit & Loss (P&L) and identify areas to improve financial performance.
  • Utilize SAP for inventory management, production planning, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies in plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering teamwork and innovation.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plant Manager to join our thriving Engineering firm. The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with 5+ years in a leadership role in plant operations, preferably within the Engineering industry. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production, and promoting a culture of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.
  2. Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in all aspects of plant operations to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  3. Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
