Pacific International is partnering with a heavy industrials company that needs a dynamic leader to help them through 2027 regarding a change to their manufacturing footprint. They are looking to identify a Plant Manager to join in a contract-role to lead a manufacturing site closure end to end.

This is a critical role for the organization given the complexity and having prior site closure experience will be crucial as well as restructuring and strong change management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in complex manufacturing and ideally a site closure.
• Prior Plant Manager experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related technical field
• Experience within heavy industrials is preferred, or similar manufacturing environments.
