Pacific International has been exclusively retained by a global manufacturing leader that is looking to bring a Plant Manager into a key site. This organization is looking for someone to own day to day operations across production, safety, maintenance, engineering, and full P&L while driving transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own site P&L and present performance metrics to members of the senior leadership team.
• Identify areas for improvement through data tracking.
• Implement immediate and long-term strategies such as automation integration.
• Drive a safety-first operating culture.
• Drive employee engagement and adoption of new processes.
• Set clear production, quality, environmental, and reliability targets aligned with site goals and customer commitments
• Build organizational capability by hiring, developing, and retaining technical and leadership talent; ensures workforce engagement and performance alignment
• Champion operational excellence and promotes continuous improvement, equipment uptime, lean methodology, and data-driven decision making to remove inefficiencies and constraints
• Maintain a strong presence in the plant - engaging regularly and authentically with employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership overseeing all plant operations
• Strong organizational leadership with the ability to set strategy, prioritize work, and make critical decisions
• Successful track record in driving operational improvements, leading change, and building high-performance teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to engage effectively with frontline operators and corporate executives
• Business and commercial awareness, including cost structures, production economics, and customer supply commitments
