Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Plant Operations Manager in Eastlake, OH to lead daily production, drive Lean/CI initiatives, and optimize site performance within a global manufacturing context.

The role requires 7+ years of manufacturing leadership with full P&L responsibility, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with executive leadership across site and global levels. Automotive exposure and an MBA are advantageous.

Qualifications

7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience.
Full P&L responsibility.
Ability to lead cross functional teams.
Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement.
Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level.
Experience with New Product Development and Introduction.
Automotive background a plus.
MBA/Advanced degrees a plus.
