We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades—someone who understands how to operate in all environments, can juggle competing priorities, and brings a hands-on mindset to high-level strategy. You’ll be expected to not only run the day-to-day but also lead future expansion, optimize systems, and operate as a key player in senior management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, logistics, and maintenance.
- Manage fabrication, welding, and coating operations while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with AISC, CWB, and OSHA standards.
- Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
