This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of plant operations and lead a high-performing team.

We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades—someone who understands how to operate in all environments, can juggle competing priorities, and brings a hands-on mindset to high-level strategy. You’ll be expected to not only run the day-to-day but also lead future expansion, optimize systems, and operate as a key player in senior management. What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
