You’ll be expected to not only run the day-to-day but also lead future expansion, optimize systems, and operate as a key player in senior management. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
