Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking an experienced and visionary Director-level Plant Manager to lead the launch and daily management of a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility producing sustainable, high-performance residential roofing shingles. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-backed new facility at a pivotal stage, focusing on innovation, environmental impact, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building products or related manufacturing, with proven experience in facility start-up, team leadership, and process optimization. Responsibilities include shaping manufacturing strategy, establishing a safety culture, and driving lean operations from the outset.

This position requires Greenfield or Brownfield experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • HSE: Improving safety incident rates, adhering to environmental regulations, fostering sustainability, and ensuring industrial hygiene compliance.
  • Quality: Improving quality audit scores, reducing material quality complaints, and adhering to manufacturing specifications.
