P&C Recruiting and HR is seeking a high-performing Plant Manager to lead all aspects of operations at our large-scale facility in Columbia, South Carolina. This executive role requires full ownership of plant performance, team development, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities include managing production, maintenance, safety, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives, while serving as the site’s public-facing leader in community engagement.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of senior-level plant or facility operations leadership.
• Strong background in industrial sectors such as mining, aggregates, materials, or chemicals.
• Experience managing capital projects and overseeing large maintenance budgets.
• Proven ownership of P&L for a full-site operation.

• Ensure the site meets or exceeds performance targets aligned with corporate KPIs.
• Direct capital and operating budgets, with oversight of a significant annual maintenance spend.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other proven systems.
• Build a culture of excellence through hiring, coaching, and team development.
• Oversee proactive equipment care and reliability planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Serve as the site’s public-facing leader in community engagement efforts.

• Ensure the site meets or exceeds performance targets aligned with corporate KPIs.
• Direct capital and operating budgets, with oversight of a significant annual maintenance spend.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other proven systems.
• Build a culture of excellence through hiring, coaching, and team development.
• Oversee proactive equipment care and reliability planning.

• Excellent leadership presence — confident, communicative, and accountable.
• Proficiency with budgeting, KPIs, and ERP platforms.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related technical field strongly preferred.
