Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and professional Facility Manager to join a manufacturing team in Allison, IA.

The Facility / Plant Manager is responsible for all performance aspects of their facility and is accountable for achieving all performance targets. The Facility Manager is also responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing and/or industrial paint environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
