You’ll be responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and leading a team that delivers excellence on every coil that leaves our floor.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, OSHA, and environmental compliance standards.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to deal with customers and resolve issues that come up.
• Must be able to oversee office staff and use other SW resources to make sure production and inventory records are correct.
