Job summary

AJIN USA is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to lead production and program management, ensuring assembly lines meet customer delivery schedules and supporting new product launches while maintaining tight inventory control.

The role requires enforcing IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, and leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and boost profitability. You will manage department heads and oversee recruitment and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or Business Administration.
• 20+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 15+ years in Automotive Plant Manager or Operations Manager role.

Review, analyze, and distribute the result of previous year annual production plan and achievement report.
