Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep critical plant equipment running reliably. You’ll diagnose faults, repair systems, and perform preventive maintenance while following safety policies such as LOTO and Arc Flash.

The role includes paid education, a sign-on bonus, and weekly pay. As part of a safety-first team, you’ll communicate clearly with supervisors and peers, maintain orderly workspaces, and jump in to resolve production issues when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute expert repairs on plant equipment and facility systems with speed and professionalism.
• Diagnose faults, isolate root causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Follow guidance from Maintenance Supervisor to align work with the plan.
• Perform daily area walk-throughs to spot risks and address them early.
• Close run-time and down-time PMs to protect uptime.
• Update time and tasks by closing work orders accurately.
• Assist production process issues as needed.
• Keep tools, toolbox, and work areas clean and orderly.
• Communicate equipment status to supervisors, operators, and peers through clear updates.
• Contribute to a safe, team-centered culture and follow LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, Environmental policies.
