You’ll tackle complex problems, elevate equipment performance, and help strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.What Sets This Role ApartHigh ownership: your decisions directly reduce downtime and improve throughput.Variety: from industrial equipment to facility systems, no two work orders are the same.Team-first culture: production partners rely on your expertise and feedback.Core ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery, forklifts, and pallet trucks; execute preventive maintenance to extend asset life.Service facility utilities, including water tanks, chillers, compressors, oil temperature controllers, filtration, and site electrical—always in compliance with national codes.Read and apply electrical/mechanical schematics and blueprints to isolate faults and confirm correct operation.Fabricate and weld machine components, safety gates, and guards to improve reliability and protection.Operate shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools with best-in-class safety practices (including LOTO).Support facility upkeep: replace bulbs/ballasts, move furniture, clean equipment, and maintain exterior areas.Track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history within our ERP/CMMS.Partner closely with production to minimize downtime and support Quality Management System (QMS) standards.Required Background1–2 year technical diploma/degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Machine Shop, Hydraulics, Water Treatment Systems, or Power Transmission; or 5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience in manufacturing.Strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge base.Proficiency reading electrical and mechanical schematics/prints.Good organizational habits and basic math skills.Computer-literate with maintenance tracking systems; dependable attendance and safety focus.Technical Strengths We ValueHeavy equipment repair.Mechanical troubleshooting.Electrical troubleshooting and repair; relay testing.HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Pneumatics troubleshooting.Industrial electrical experience and working with industrial electrical systems.Hydraulic systems and components.Equipment diagnostics and structured troubleshooting.Mechanical systems and component repair.Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.Equipment installation and wiring.Comprehensive equipment repair and maintenance.Tools & PlatformsVFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)Conveyor systemsServo motorsWhat You’ll AppreciateBelong to a safety-, quality-, and teamwork-driven organization.Experience wide-ranging tasks that keep the work engaging.Drive continuous improvement with your insights and craftsmanship.
