Job summary

Ring Container Technologies in New Jersey, Springfield, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance and TPM program. You will drive safety, equipment reliability and cost control, guiding CMMS usage, spare parts planning and proactive maintenance across the facility.

You will mentor teams, manage downtime, and partner with quality and production to meet rigorous food-safe standards while staying within budget and delivering continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A 4 year technical degree and/or equivalent military experience.
• Strong people skills, leadership qualities, and managerial abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE expectations and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment OEE, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Develop safer and more efficient operations and ensure machine guards are in place.
• Enforce Lock out / Tag out policy and troubleshoot major problems.
• Lead employee engagement and TPM initiatives and support safety programs.
• Maintain CMMS system and manage parts inventory within budget.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is clean and in showroom condition.
• Coordinate TPM events and train staff on safety, quality and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Leader to meet food safety and quality specs.
