Martin Marietta is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for continuous improvement across conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related systems.

The role requires hands-on fabrication, welding, grinding, and structural repairs as needed. Shift hours are 2:00pm to midnight.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of heavy-duty maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled maintenance on crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors and other plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on time and backlog is prioritized with supervisor/plant manager.
• Respond quickly to equipment failures and production interruptions.
• Assist with cutting, welding, fabrication, and structural repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate status to teams.
