Job summary

The Brewer Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance activities for production lines and facilities in our Wisconsin operations. Under supervision from the Operations Manager, you will schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the PM program, and drive reliability improvements to maximize site availability and product quality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer use.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on production, building and utility systems.
• Lead PM activities and track equipment performance for reliability.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to provide timely updates and estimates.
• Supervise outside contractors to meet timelines and standards.
• Assist with general labor as needed.
