Job summary

Boston Beer Company is seeking a Sr. Maintenance and Reliability Manager for our Breinigsville, PA brewery. This role leads TPM-based maintenance, develops the reliability plan, and drives cost-effective improvements across packaging and processes.

You will spend time on the brewery floor, coach leaders, and build team capability while partnering with Engineering to reduce downtime and optimize performance. A strong track record in food/beverage maintenance and budget stewardship is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role with increasing responsibility
• Experience in site maintenance for consumer-packaged goods environments
• Proven ability to establish processes that increase productivity
• Strong budget management and cost control skills

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM program across the brewery operations
• Develop and execute maintenance budgets
• Coach and develop maintenance staff
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement plant improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
