Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING in Wisconsin seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for full-time on-site work. You will inspect, repair, and maintain production and building systems, plan preventative maintenance, and support fast-paced brewery operations with precision tools and fabrication skills.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance and machine experience.
• Thorough understanding of maintenance systems.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and push up to 175 lbs.
• Nice-to-have: sanitary welding and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and operating systems, and take corrective action when something's off.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance on all machines.
• Diagnose problems using hoists, cranes, hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with management, production, and brewery teams on current and future projects.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response as needed.
