Job summary

You will follow safety standards, conduct preventive maintenance, and interact with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform maintenance on plant equipment
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Familiar with using schematics and manuals to troubleshoot
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on building and machines; troubleshoot to determine root cause and repair
• Maintain machinery by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and oiling for optimal operation
• Assist in diagnosing malfunctions in equipment and machinery
• Perform minor electrical work and assist in carpentry/repair; follow manuals for routine repairs
• Assist with servicing and replacing minor plumbing fixtures
• Apply protective coatings and finishes to surfaces as needed
• Set up, remove, and store production molds per procedures
• Maintain and test fill guns and ejectors; bench test and inspect
