Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Experience in welding, electrical, and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of new equipment.
• Support maintenance supervisor on fabrication and construction projects.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule and train Level 1 Maintenance personnel.
• Perform machine repair and installation (motors, gear boxes, piping, pumps, welding).
• Grease and oil plant equipment daily.
• Diagnose and replace parts with minimal direction.
• Repair control circuits and VFD installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety rules.
• Attend safety meetings and may join Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned.
