Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operating a forklift.

• Basic maintenance knowledge and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of new equipment.
• Assist maintenance supervisor on fabrication projects.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule.
• Perform machine repair and install components such as motors, gear boxes and pumps.
• Grease and oil plant equipment daily.
• Diagnose and replace parts with minimal direction.
• Repair control circuits and VFD installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Attend safety meetings; may serve on Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned.
