Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Rhode Island plant to support day-to-day maintenance activities and drive production excellence.

You will assist leadership in maintaining high-quality standards and a safe, efficient environment for production staff. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills, and a certificate from a trade or technical program.

Qualifications

• Must have a one-year cert from college/technical school or manufacturing program.
• High school diploma/GED acceptable with additional experience.
• Two additional years of experience can substitute formal education.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-compliant standard work and follow all rules and procedures.
• Inspect and repair plant equipment: mechanical, electrical, controls to minimize downtime.
• Document accurate maintenance activity records.
• Clean and maintain areas and tools to ensure proper function.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and report incidents.
