Job summary

Knife River Northwest is seeking a maintenance technician to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections on plant facilities. You will complete required paperwork for multiple units and strictly adhere to safety policies. The role may include other duties as assigned.

Eligible candidates must pass background checks, a drug screen, and a physical/functional exam. Training will be provided, with potential travel and flexible shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
• Must be reliable, highly motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background check.

• Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Schedule

Hours: 6:00 pm - 2:00 am — Monday - Friday.

Wage range: $27.38 - $41.92.

Shift differential pay may apply.

Must have the ability to work flexible shifts which include weekends, overtime, and some travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Job training will be supplied for this position.
• Must be a reliable and highly motivated self-starter, who can work without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
