Job summary

Knife River Corporation is seeking a skilled plant maintenance technician in Beaverton, OR to help maintain and repair Aggregate, Ready Mix, and Asphalt plants. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work and strict safety adherence to prevent unsafe actions.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and repair Aggregate, Ready mix, and Asphalt plants.
• Complete all paperwork that may be necessary.
• Assure that all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
• Other duties designed as needed.

Schedule

Wage range: $27.38 - $41.92. Shift differential pay may apply.

Must have the ability to work flexible shifts which include weekends, overtime, and some travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous plant maintenance, millwright, or mechanic experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills of hydraulic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience desirable.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical, functional exam, and a drug screen.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
