Job summary

ADM in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a capable maintenance and site technician for the Lincoln Soybean plant. The role involves inspecting storage tanks, repairing equipment, and supporting daily plant operations at a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift with overtime as needed.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits; prior production experience is preferred, and the role requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production and/or similar military environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain soybean meal storage tanks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
• Operate mobile equipment, including skid steers.
• Perform welding and general maintenance as required.
• Maintain working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and operations.
• Document labor hours, work performed, and parts used in the Maintenance Management System.
