Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Deerfield, MO is seeking a Maintenance professional for a full-time, hourly position. Work is on day shift with potential overtime and call-outs in a soybean processing and biodiesel facility.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and coordination with operations and contractors. The ideal candidate has experience with PLCs, pumps, fabrication, PSM, motors, and electrical systems, plus a high school

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC, Pumps, Fabrication, PSM, Motors and Electrical Knowledge is required.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Candidate should have regular and prompt attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment.
• Document inspection and service activity as required.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and replace equipment as needed.
• Electrical, Hydraulic, Steam systems troubleshooting.
• Order and inventory parts and equipment as directed.
• Physical work in outdoor environments; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Support Reliability Engineers with Root Cause Analysis and PMs.
