Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot, fix, and maintain equipment at our Ogden, UT production facility. You will support preventative maintenance and learn basic maintenance skills while contributing to a safe, compliant operation.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, practicing safe work habits, and collaborating with the plant team to grow maintenance expertise and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP.
• Ability to use computer applications.
• Willingness to learn basic technical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks per work orders assigned.
• Understand how to work safely and speak up when you do not.
• Continue to learn new skills and grow in your maintenance expertise.
• Collaborate and build relationships with team members at the plant.
