Job summary

PF Holdings in Texas is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support plant goals.

You will read manuals, diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, use hand and power tools, and comply with MSHA safety rules. The role requires 8-16 hour shifts, weekend/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in a sand mining plant.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Welder certification preferred.
• Able to perform duties in a safety-sensitive environment and comply with MSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment and perform unscheduled repairs during production.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Operate hand and power tools, meters, and handling equipment.
• Participate in on-call maintenance and report irregularities.
• Comply with MSHA regulations and maintain clean work areas.
