Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in our Arkansas plant. You will support safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems to help meet our plant goals.

The role requires 1+ years of heavy equipment maintenance, a High School Diploma or GED, and willingness to work 8–16 hour shifts, weekends, overtime and holidays, with a focus on welding, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in mining.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree or technical school preferred.
• Welder certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties to maintain plant equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Diagnose problems and replace or repair parts.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders.
• Operate a range of hand and power tools and meters.
• Participate in the on-call maintenance system.
• Ensure MSHA compliance and keep work areas clean.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Work 8–16 hour shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
