County Materials Family of Companies in Maxwell, IN is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and electrical systems, and collaborates with production, engineering, safety, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, mechanical repair, welding, electric motors, conveyors, steel fabrication, and overhead cranes.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a self-motivated, proactive, and multitasking team player.
• Solid understanding of industrial maintenance practices and production equipment operations.
• Electrical license preferred, but not required.

We're hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician to join County Materials in Maxwell, IN.

Job Summary

The Plant Maintenance Technician supports safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime, minimal downtime, and optimal equipment performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems, and works effectively under pressure. This position partners closely with production, engineering, safety, and maintenance teams to meet production, quality, and workplace safety goals.

Experience & Qualifications
