Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance employee to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on PVC production equipment. You will assist with troubleshooting, installations, and adjustments, while following safety rules and maintaining documentation.

The role requires mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding knowledge, reading schematics, and basic computer skills. Work is performed on-site in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years related experience or training.
• Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding knowledge required; ability to read schematics.
• Experience with computers and basic keyboarding skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment, machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors and related systems.
• Assist experienced maintenance personnel with troubleshooting, repairs, installations and adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for abnormal noise, vibration, leaks, wear or other potential problems.
• Lubricate, replace bearings, adjust belts/chains and replace components as needed.
• Assist with pneumatic/hydraulic repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting within training.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance area and complete required documentation.
