Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a maintenance technician to assemble and maintain machinery in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot pumps, valves, and rigging, install new equipment, and service conveyors while keeping detailed maintenance records.

The role requires reading prints/schematics, operating lift equipment, and a self-motivated approach with the ability to work shifts. Certification for forklifts may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fork lift certification required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated equipment safely and productively.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, and rigging.
• Install new equipment or modifications.
• Repair mobile equipment (lift trucks, bobcats).
• Service conveyor systems.
• Disassemble machines scheduled for replacement or relocation.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Identify failure patterns and design out failures.
• Assist mill operations during maintenance or shutdowns.
• Assist in electrical problem troubleshooting and repairs.
