Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Springdale, AR is seeking an Experienced Plant Repair and Maintenance Person to perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. The role involves safely operating heavy equipment to move metal forms and concrete products.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, the ability to read simple instructions, lift up to 40 lbs, and work collaboratively with the team; a minimum high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience moving weights of 20,000 lbs preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as 36K forklifts, front-end loaders, shuttle lifts, and skid steer.
• Organize product in the yard through communication with other team members.
• Safely load and unload product from flatbed trucks and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation.
• Inspect equipment before and after use, adhere to on-site safety protocols and regulations.
