Job summary

DuPont’s Valley View, Ohio plant seeks a Maintenance Front‑Line Leader to coordinate maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and improve equipment reliability. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, safety training, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting, strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, and CMMS proficiency to track maintenance metrics and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair in manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS, work-order management and maintenance metrics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Compile operational or personnel records and maintenance statistics.
• Compute costs for materials, labor, and contractors.
• Lead safety training and maintain safe work areas.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and quality control.
• Develop maintenance policies and procedures.
• Inspect, test, and verify completed work against standards.
• Review and coordinate contractor bids and procurement.
• Monitor budgets and maintenance expenditures.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance technicians.
